Delete your account and data

You can erase your Crisis Connect account and the data attached to it at any time. The fastest way is the button inside the app — it takes effect immediately. If you have already uninstalled the app, lost the device, or signed in with a phone number you can no longer use, send the request through the form below.

Delete it from the app

Self-service and immediate: your account, keys and cloud records are erased as soon as you confirm, and the chat history on that device is wiped with them.

  1. 1Open Crisis Connect and go to Profile.
  2. 2Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete account and data”.
  3. 3Type DELETE in the confirmation box and confirm.

Request deletion from the web

For anyone who cannot open the app any more. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before erasing anything, so give us an identifier we can match.

The phone number or email address the account was created with. Without it we cannot tell which account to delete.
